Wikis are specifically designed for users to submit their own content. To create a new topic, complete the following steps:

  1. From the main page, click the category in which you want to enter your article (e.g., Scripting)
  2. A list of all existing topics is displayed. To add a new topic, click edit.
Hint: if a topic/link is blue, it already exists. If a topic/link is red, it does not yet exist but can be created by clicking the link.
  3. The source code in the Wiki markup language for this topic is displayed. To add your topic, insert it into the list in the same format; e.g., if the list is a bulleted list, use the same asterisk + double-bracket (*[[ ]]) format as the other topics in the list.
  4. Click Save page when you are done. You will be returned to the category (e.g., Scripting), and your newly added topic will appear in the list in red.
  • Important: Please remember to include a category tag at the bottom of each article, linking it to its appropriate category (KB, AppNotes, etc.). Do this by typing [[Category:Category Name]] (e.g., [[Category:KB]]) at the bottom of your article. This enhances ease of navigation as well as conveniently grouping the topics into category headings on the Main Page.
  1. Click your red topic.
  2. Your topic will open in the editor. Type in your content and click Save page when you are done.
  3. Your new topic will then appear in the category list in blue, indicating it exists.
  4. To edit your topic at any time, simply click the topic name to open an editor window.
  5. When you are done, email our Webmaster so she can proofread the topic.

Please note that editing the Main Page is restricted. If you have a topic or article that you think should be displayed there, please email the Webmaster with the request.
