Test results are often uploaded automatically during execution using the upload options in the stride runner, as described here.

Foreign test result data (suitably transformed) can be uploaded to STRIDE Test Space using the STRIDE Test Runner as described here.

If, however, you have a test result data file that you want to upload manually, this can be accomplished by selecting the upload data button on the testspace page. Fill out the form and submit. Here is a summary of the fields in this form:

Name & Description
both optional. If a name is provided, it will be used for the result set. Otherwise a name will be generated based on the assigned sequence number of the result set.
File
path to a file to upload. This needs to be an XML file of result data, obtained either from executing the stride runner or by exporting existing results from another test space.
Subpath
a subpath (where / is the path separator) in which to load the results. This is useful when manually aggregating multiple result files into one result set and you want to logically separate the uploaded data into sub-suites within the result set.
is complete
indicates that the result set is complete. If you are aggregating several files into a single result set, you should uncheck this box until you are uploading the last file in the set (and thus completing the result set). When this box has been unchecked for an upload, the summary view will show an incomplete tag for the set and, more importantly, none of the automatic setback/error notifications will be calculated until the set is finally marked complete.

This screencast demonstrates these concepts:
